Fitness programs offer structure and coaching in a program-based format rather than fully customized one-on-one sessions. Also, gives you the option to do an expert plan on your own if you wish. Meaning at your home gym, a big box gym, or wherever without being in front of a trainer.

Yes. Programs are designed for all levels and adjusted based on experience and ability. I personally don’t recommend it. Learning technique, pacing, and overall safety comes from learning with a trainer.

Workouts are appropriately challenging but designed to be safe, controlled, and sustainable. So it depends on your goals and overall fitness level.

 

 

Yes. Many participants improve body composition as a result of consistent training and improved fitness habits. Though nutrition helps the most with weight loss.

No. You start at your current fitness level, and progress is built gradually. Though most would get better results from fitness programs if they are experienced.
